HARDEX S.A. seeks reliable suppliers of the following raw materials and materials:
1. Phenol formaldehyde resin for manufacture of hardboards, of the following physical-mechanical parameters:
- Hardening capacity < 50 s
- Viscosity < 600 mPas
- Dry mass > 48%
- Precipitation up to pH 40 > 60%
- Alkalis < 75%
- pH reaction 10 ÷ 13
- Free phenol content < 0,04%
2. Slack wax of the following parameters:
- Solidification point 45 ÷ 50 ºC
- Water content: none
- Content of other impurities: none
- Oil content below 20%
- Flash-point over 220 ºC
3. Machine parts, made in accordance with the supplied drawings.
4. Grinding segments RT 70 universal DN1000 with guiding plates. Segment hardness 50 ÷ 55 HRC.
5. Spare parts for thermo-defibrators RT 70:
- Upper + lower cone shin acc. to drawings, made of casts
- Worms acc. to drawings,
- Feed chute acc. to drawings
6. Cutters for choppers acc. to drawings.
7. Widia saws for cutting of fibreboards of the following diameters: 380, 400, 470, 500 mm.
8. Water-soluble varnishes for lacquering of fibreboards.
9. Paper tape, width 30 mm and 44 mm, reinforced with fibre threads, on 1000 running metres rolls.
10. Thermofusible glue for gluing paper tape with fibreboard.
11. Diesel oil. Deliveries with tank trucks, about 6-7 thousand litres per one delivery.
12. Protective metal sheets sized 6560x2260x3 mm, grade: Avesta A9 or its equivalent, hardness 125 HB, tolerances:
- length and width: -0,0/+5 mm
- thickness: -0,2/+0,5 mm
- parallelism: max 0,5 mm
13. Circulating metal sheets sized 6610x2280x5 mm, grade: Avesta A10 or its equivalent, hardness 150 HB, tolerances:
- length and width: -0,0/+5 mm
- thickness: -0,2/+0,5 mm
- parallelism: max 0,5 mm
14. Die metal sheets sized 6345x2240x7 mm, grade: Avesta 832 or its equivalent, hardness 200 HB, tolerances:
- length and width: -0,0/+5 mm
- thickness: -0,4/+0,6 mm
- parallelism: max 0,25 mm
15. Chrome-nickel insulation meshes sized 6345x2240 mm, grade: 1H18N9T (1.4306), wire: Ø 1,2 mm, mesh size 3,00 x 2,50 mm, tolerances:
- length: -0,0/+10,0 mm
- width: -0,0/8,0 mm
16. Chrome-nickel circulating meshes no. 8/7, sized 6770x2250 mm, grade: 1H18N9T (1.4306), wire: Ø 0,5 mm, number of meshes: 56/1 cm2, tolerances:

- width: -0,0/8,0 mm
17. Synthetic screens no. 8 for a dewatering machine:
