Agnieszka Maciejewska Agnieszka Maciejewska, a holder of Master of Arts in Economics, a graduate from Szczecin University, Faculty of Economics and Management, in the field of Finances and Banking, specialisation Accounting and Financial Management. The years 1999 - 2000 saw the beginning of her professional career in the company Kappa Eac Drezdenko Fabryka Tektury i Opakowań Drezdenko where she worked in the capacity of Financial Control Specialist in the Economics and Finance Department. In the years 2001 - 2008 she worked as Controller in the Control Department of Rockwool Polska Sp. z o.o. with the head office in Cigacice. She was employed as Finance Manager at Essel Propack Polska Sp. z o.o. (2008 - 2009) and Trevira Polska Sp. z o.o. Zielona Góra, a manufacturing company (2009). Rafał Abratański Rafał Abratański is a 1998 graduate from Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration. In 1993 he also completed a programme of study for managers in the Cracow Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Currently, since 2006, Rafał Abratański has been acting in the capacity of Vice President of the Management Board of IDMSA Brokerage House. Kinga Śluzek Kinga Śluzek is a graduate from Kozminski University, Faculty of Marketing and Management and National Defense University in Warsaw, Faculty of Economics. In 2008 she completed a postgraduate programme of European study at Warsaw School of Economics. Since 1994 she worked in the Ministry of Privatisation, and subsequently in the Ministry of Treasury as Senior Specialist. Until April 2011 she dealt with cases concerning shareholder supervision and bank and company privatisation with the State Treasury participation. At present she works in the Department of European Integration and State Aid and she is responsible for issues concerning state aid. Furthermore, she has strong track record in working as a part of the supervisory boards of joint stock companies with the State Treasury participation. Piotr Derlatka Piotr Derlatka attended a graduate programme of study in the area of law. He is a 1998 graduate from Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Faculty of Law and Administration. Subsequently, in 2005 he completed a counsel legal training and was entered into the list of legal counsels held by the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Cracow. Piotr Derlatka currently serves as Procurent and Licensed Legal Counsel and since 1 May 2008 he has also been acting in the capacity of Legal Department Manager of IDMSA Brokerage House. Since 2000 he has been working in IDMSA Brokerage House serving as, among others, Project Manager and Lawyer. During the years 1993 - 1999 he worked as a journalist at: Sp. Producencka Plus, Radio Wawa and Polskie Radio Kraków. Paweł Sikorski Mr. Paweł Sikorski is an 36 years-old graduate from Department of Finance and Banking of Warsaw School of Economics and the West Pomeranian Business School (MBA degree). He has a 10-years-long track record in private equity investments and investment banking. His professional career began in 1998 at the Trust Services Department of Bank Handlowy. Subsequently, in 2000, he started working in the field of investment banking at the Citibank in Warsaw as Merger, Acquisition and IPO Consultant.
