
Hardex S.A./Joint Stock Company/ is one of the biggest producers of wet-processed hardboards in Europe.
The offer of the Company includes as follows:
- Raw hardboards of 2.5 mm to 6.0 mm thickness
- Single colour lacquered hardboards of 2.5 mm to 5.0 mm thickness (e.g. white, beige, gray or other in accordance with a client's wish), varnished with ecological water-diluted lacquer of new technology
- Lacquered hardboards in the wood structure in 2.5 mm to 5.0 mm thickness (e.g. beech, alder, oak and others), varnished with ecological water-diluted lacquer of new technology
Standard formats of Hardex S.A.: 3050 mm x 2060 mm, 2060 mm x 2030 mm. Hardex S.A. offers the possibility to format hardboards in accordance with dimensions a customer needs, as well as a number of additional mechanical processes widening the range of products, such as cutting out the holes, corners, the system of folding back walls.
Physical and mechanical parameters of the produced hardboards are in accordance with PN-EN 622-1, PN-EN 622-2 Norm.
The boards produced by Hardex S.A. meet the highest demands in the area of material hygiene (class E-1).
They are an ecological product which is proven by the fact that Hardex S.A. takes part in FEROPA NFB project. The project was initiated in October 2005 by the European Federation of Fibreboard Manufacturers (FEROPA). The aim is to promote a new fibreboards as ecological and natural products.
The use of wet processed fibreboards:
- Furniture manufacturing - back walls, drawer's bottoms, upholstered furniture elements
- Packages manufacturing - fruit and vegetable box manufacturing
- Door manufacturing - board door covering
- Car elements manufacturing - boot bottom, spare wheel cover, boot roller covers
- Wood haberdashery manufacturing, toys, house equipment elements, stand building
